Yeah, a good Covenant name, not a good Covenant Elite name. For some reason an Elite's last name should ryhme with tummy and have an apostrophe in front of it...

I think that Selphar is a good Covie name, its got a nice alien ring to it.

Pretty good, 9.5/10!
The only thing I have to say right now is that Selphar (I may have spelled it wrong) just doesn't seem like a Covenant name. To me anyways...
